The Flourishing Minds team is a group of creative, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behaviorists living and working in the Hudson Valley and Long Island Regions of New York. We have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental delays to achieve meaningful outcomes. We are a team of caring professionals that think on their feet, challenge one another to be life long learners, and most importantly we’re attentive to the needs of students and their families. We are a fun yet knowledgeable group, continually helping people achieve their goals
JENNIFER LYNCH
CEO/Clinical Director
Jennifer Lynch is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA/LBA), and constultant in school districts as well as an ABA service provider in home based and clinical settings. She specializes in training staff and creating behavior intervention plans for students who have disruptive and unsafe behavior. She also works with students who have social and emotional deficits, anxiety disorder, or students who are on the Autism spectrum. Her particular interest is to serve these students by combining behavioral interventions, modifications to meet learning needs and has a comprehensive knowledge of best practices.
She holds a MS in Inclusive Special Education from Hofstra University, and received her BCBA from Florida Institute of Technology. She provides live training on ABA, Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis. Her main goal is to have students with disabilities stay in their home communities for schooling, building friendships and relationships within their home community and achieve meaningful outcomes.
MEGAN CALOGERO
Operations Director
Megan Calogero is a behavioralist, and consultant in school districts as well as an ABA service provider in home based and clinical settings. She specializes in training staff and creating behavior intervention plans for students who have disruptive and unsafe behavior.
